Ads are being accepted for the program that will be distributed at the 7th Annual Junior High Academy Musical - Godspell Jr., on April 24th and 25th.
Do you have a business that might benefit from advertising in our Theater Program? Take advantage of this opportunity to advertise your business or service in our professionally designed program. Three hundred programs will be distributed and will be a souvenir keeper for many, so your advertising will be well worth it!
The theatre program is also a wonderful place to congratulate or send a good luck message to a student or the cast. Support your fellow classmates and friends with an ad!!

Junior High Musical - Godspell Jr - Ticket Order Forms DUE FRIDAY, APRIL 17TH
Tickets are now on sale for Godspell Jr. Advance ticket sale deadline is Friday, April 17th. The performances will be held on Friday, April 24th at 7 pm and Saturday, April 25th at 7 pm. Please come out and support the hard-work of these junior high students. This is a wonderful opportunity to introduce your child(ren) to musical theatre, and to broaden their appreciation of the arts.
- Consider purchasing The Family Ticket (available through advance purchase only) is $25. The Family Ticket is your “best value”, and will admit 2 parents and their children.
- Adult tickets are $8 with advance purchase - ($10 at the door).
- Child/Senior tickets are $5.

Just a reminder that we do not allow the wearing of tennis shoes until after May Crowning. That means the first day of tennis shoes would be Monday, May 4th. Please note that when we say “ok’” to tennis shoes, it does not open up the door for flip flops and sandals.
Sign-up Reminder - Grandparents Day – Friday, May 1st
A quick reminder that All Saints' Grandparents Day will be celebrated this year on the morning of Friday, May 1st. The day will begin with Registration at Door 1 and assembly in the gymnasium, and then move quickly into classroom visits, followed by our May Crowning and Living Rosary back in the gym.
You can view and print a highlight bulletin called "Ten Things You Need to Know" as well as a Registration Form For your added convenience this year, registration is also available to you on-line at http://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0545AEAE29A31-grandparents.
Please note that the information needed for either form of registration is the name(s), address and contact information of our visiting guests, whether grandparents or other non-parent relatives… not that of the student or student’s parents.

Rescheduled April SHPP Meeting

Schoolbelles Uniform Fitting Day
Schoolbelles, ASCA’s official uniform company, will be at All Saints on Tuesday, April 28 from 3 – 5:30 pm to personally fit your student for their school uniform. This will be the only day that they will be here at the school, so please take advantage of this opportunity to try on and order all of the uniform items that you need for the coming school year. A uniform brochure will be sent home with students next week.
District 203 Busing
Please note that there will be no busing home from school on Friday May 1st. Please make alternate arrangements for your student’s transportation home on this day.
Revised 2015-16 Calendar
Please see the 2015-2016 Calendar that has been revised to include a staff in service day on Friday, March 4, 2016. Good news for school families – no classes on that day!

All Saints Catholic Academy will be using FACTS Nelnet Business Solutions, a third party tuition management company, to collect all tuition and student fees in the 2015-2016 school year.

What is the Next Step?
For families who used FACTS for tuition payment in the 2014-2015 school year, your current account will be used for the 2015-2016 school year.
Families who did not use FACTS to pay their tuition to All Saints in the 2014-2015 school year will need to enroll in a payment plan by completing the following simple steps.

2. Then go to New Account

and click on the Create a Username and Password link.
3. Select the 2015-2016 school year.
4. Complete the steps as prompted.

What type of tuition payment plans are available?
All families may select one of the following tuition payment plans when they establish their FACTS agreement:
o Payment in Full (tuition payment will be taken from the account on record on July 1, 2015)
o Monthly Payments (11 payment plan will begin in July, 2015 and end in May, 2016 – you will pick the 5th or the 20th as your payment date)
o Quarterly Payments (payments will be collected in July, 2015, October, 2015, January, 2016 and April, 2016 – you will pick the 5th or the 20th as your payment date)

How much will it cost?
Families who elect a one payment plan will be charged $20 once their account is activated for the 2015-2016 school year. Families who select a monthly or quarterly tuition payment plan will be charged $46 upon account activation for the 2015-2016 school year.

Has que esos zapatos duren unas semanas más!
Sólo un recordatorio de que no permitimos el uso de zapatos tenis hasta después de la coronación de mayo. Eso significa que el primer día que se permite usar tenis seria el lunes 4 de mayo. Tenga en cuenta que cuando decimos "ok" a zapatos tenis, no se abre la puerta para el uso de chancletas y sandalias.
Recordatorio de registro - Día de los Abuelos - Viernes 01 de mayo
Un recordatorio rápido que este año All Saints celebrara El Día de los Abuelos la mañana del Viernes 01 de mayo. El día comenzará con el registro en la puerta número 1, después todos se reunirán en el gimnasio para luego pasar rápidamente a las visitas en los salones de clases. Schoolbelles - Día para medirse el uniforme

Las familias que eligen un plan de un solo pago se les cobrarán $20 una vez que su cuenta se activa para el año escolar 2015-2016. Las familias que eligen un plan de pago de la matrícula mensual o trimestral se les cobrarán $ 46 una vez se active la cuenta para el año escolar 2015-2016.
