Family Prayer Workshop
On November 20-22, Sister Jane Dominic, OP is giving a Family Prayer Workshop on the book Praying As A Family. The workshops will be held at St. Isaac Jogues in Hinsdale, St. Dominic in Bolingbrook, and St. Jude in Joliet. Parent Teacher Conferences
If you have not yet scheduled a parent teacher conference, please contact Helen Kolar at (630) 961-6125 for assistance. On Thursday and Friday of this week, we will be sharing with you insights of who your wonderful child is as a learner and as a member of the All Saints family. It is a wonderful opportunity to share information about a child we both love.
Drop-In Child Care during Parent Teacher Conferences
The Junior High Academy Student Voices will be providing child care on a drop in basis for parents who are not able to reserve a sitter during their children’s scheduled conferences. Child care will be available on Thursday, November 5 from 9:00 AM until 8:00 PM, and on Friday, November 6 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. The care will be located in Café 1 across from the Main Office. Children will be able to watch a Disney movie, play a game or be creative at the coloring center. Please contact Maria Kazlauskas at mkazlauskas@ascacademy.org with any questions.

Holiday Food Collection During Parent Teacher Conferences
All Saints will be collecting holiday food items during Parent Teacher Conferences. These items will be donated to Loaves and Fishes Food Pantry. We can join together to help make someone’s holiday celebration brighter with your contribution. The following items are most requested:

AUVI-Q ALERT FOR PARENTS
Please check with your physician/pediatrician in the use of Auvi-Q for your child. This product is being recalled in some instances because of the inaccuracy of dosage administered. If you are advised by your child’s doctor to replace Auvi-Q with an epipen, the Health Attendant will work with you to address any replacements that may be necessary.
Dinner Dance Auction
VOLUNTEER SWAP: We are in need of a few volunteers to help out at the St. James the Apostle event on Friday evening, Nov. 13th in Glen Ellyn. Each year we have a volunteer swap for our auctions. ASCA sends some volunteers for their event in the fall and, in return, St. James sends volunteers for our Dinner Dance Auction in February, allowing our ASCA parents to relax and enjoy the evening. TUITION CREDIT RAFFLE: Our $5,000 Tuition Credit Raffle tickets are on sale now! All families are invited to participate in a chance to win a $5,000 tuition credit for next school year. Tickets are $100 each and can be purchase via the website (ascadda.org) or through your FACTS account (You can use Tuition Credit Raffle Flyer, attached). Only 150 tickets are sold! The Early Bird Incentive ends on November 20th. The winner of the early bird incentive receives the fees and forms for one student for the next school year (a $325 value.) News from All Saints Athletic Association
Some good volleyball action was seen by all this past weekend as our Saints traveled near and far for the first weekend of playoffs. Teams continuing on into this next week are Boys 7A; Girls 5A, 6B2, 8B and 8A. Be sure to come out and support our teams as they play to bring home the League Championships! Best of luck to the teams remaining, may you play hard, keep the faith and have FUN! To our boys and girls whose season has ended, great job on fantastic season! The All Saints Varsity football team defeated St. Gabriel in quarterfinal action this past weekend 43-14. The win by Varsity allows them to join the JV squad in the league semi-finals this coming Sunday, November 8. Both teams will be at St. Francis High School for their games; the JV will start at noon and Varsity will follow immediately thereafter. The JV takes on the St. Thecla Falcons while Varsity faces the St. Mary of Riverside Demons.

El equipo de fútbol Varsity de All Saints derrotó a San Gabriel en la acción de cuartos de final este fin de semana 43-14.
