Our Principal

Our principal, Dr.Sandy Renehan, was selected among many qualified candidates.

"I am the luckiest principal in the Diocese of Joliet! I have had the “once-in-a-lifetime” opportunity to be involved in building a school from scratch. This is a rare gift for an educator, and I am most grateful.

"You might be curious about who I am. One of the beauties of being my age is that I have had time to really know what it is that I believe and I am comfortable in consistently acting on those beliefs. As principal of All Saints Catholic Academy, I am committed to using all that I have learned to create a wonderful Christian learning environment for the children of our school. I am committed to Catholic education.

"I have been a teacher for over fifty years….if you count the countless hours I spent playing teacher as a little girl. My dad always said that if you choose a career that you love, you never have to go to work. I feel very lucky that I get to spend my days in education.

"In the Diocese of Joliet, I was principal of St Isidore Catholic School for 13 years. My teaching career started as a junior high social studies, political science and American history teacher. Four years after I started teaching, I received my Ed.S. and administrative credentials and began my career as an administrator. I was a junior high assistant principal in three different Minnesota schools before joining the Diocese of Joliet. I am currently an Adjunct Professor at Benedictine University as well. My educational background includes

- EdD - Leadership and Educational Administration - 2007 - Northern

  Illinois University

- EdS – Educational Administration – 1975 – University of Minnesota

- M.S – Educational Administration – 1973 – University of Minnesota

- B.A – Education – 1971 – University of Minnesota

"It is my honor to work with you to provide an education for your child that is grounded in faith and educational excellence. This will be an exciting journey that we will walk together!
